GENERAL TERMS

1.1. As a retailer of digital video game products, we reserve a right to sell under the guidance of these terms of service. By using our services you automatically agree to these terms and policies. Breaking any rules or terms might result in a ban/blacklist from the support server and refusal to further provide our services.

1.2. This User Agreement (“Agreement”), the CryoGames Store Privacy Policy, and all policies posted on our websites set out the terms and conditions on which we offer you access to and use of my sites, services, applications and tools (collectively “Services”). This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of my services (“User”) and CryoGames (“ domo’s Account Store, domo, DDSTR"). All policies and the Privacy Policy are incorporated into this User Agreement. You agree to comply with all of the above when accessing and using my services.

1.3. Acceptance of the Agreement. By accessing or using the service, you hereby agree to accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement as a User. You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to your access or use of this server and any further modification, addition or change to this service. If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use these services.

1.4. Amendments. We may amend this Agreement and/or server policies at any time, with or without notice to you, by posting the amended and restated Agreement or policy on the server. The amended and restated Agreement and/or policy shall be effective immediately upon posting.

RETURN POLICY

2.1 You have a right to withdraw your subscription from services offered by CryoGenerator anytime without any reason. Full refunds may be offered only if the user has not generated any account from our database. Partial refunds are also possible by deducting the number of generated accounts multiplied by 1€

2.2 Formula for calculating your refund amount

Price of your subscription - (number of generated accounts x 1€)

If you end up in a negative balance you have a right to withdraw your subscription without any extra charge

DISCLAIMERS

3.1. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

3.2. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. 90% of the time all data from the service will be accurate.

3.3. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

3.4. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our discord which will result in us deleting all stored data and removing your access to our server.

3.5. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will lose your access to our server.

GENERATING

4.1. We reserve the right to limit your account at any time, regardless of reason. With every limit a warning will be issued. Every warning doubles your next limit period.

4.2. If you drain or drastically drain our file stock, we reserve the right to place an account limit on you. Draining of our stock is defined by generating more than 10% of the whole stock in one day

4.3. Starting any sort of alt shop / account shop without a reseller license will result in an account limit and ban to prevent possible unauthorized sharing of our files.

4.4. Account generating is limited by the daily limit set by us. This limit can change to any number without notice.

RULES

You are obligated to follow these rules under any circumstances. Violation of these rules might result in a ban.
Chat rules
4.1. No advertising
4.2. No spamming
4.3. Do not use words such as “Cheat”, “Cheater”, “Cheating”, “Hack”, “Hacker”, “Carding”, “Cracking”, “Cracked”, “Cracker”, “Carding” etc…
4.4. Act accordingly ( no excessive swearing, hate, etc… )
4.5. We (“me, domo”, “staff”, ”cryo”) can remove any chat message or links without giving any reason for deletion.
Ticket rules
4.6. Do not spam, every message is being read when possible
4.7. No swearing
4.8. If you are trying to solve a problem with your order please try to explain your issue in calm and orderly manner
4.9. Every ticket will be replied to within 7 days of the customer's last message. We are not bound to solve the ticket within any set timeframe. Please note that we always try to solve every support ticket as soon as possible.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

6.1. Certain third-party content, products or services are available via our selling platforms. We are not responsible for anything that happens within these third-party sites. These sites are not our products and are not affiliated with us. Thus, us trusting and vouching the sites still does not mean that we will take any responsibility for what happens.

As a member or "buyer" of CryoGen offered by "domo", you hereby agree to the following terms:

Access for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse any request you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the discord (including, the release of new tools and resources) which may be limited to a certain role/group of people.
Any sales done by another member is not connected with any of the staff, even with or without the sellers role.
Your access to the server and/or membership can be removed at any time for any reason.
Chargebacking/refund your order will result in a blacklist from the service.

TERMS OF SERVICE - ACCOUNT LIMT
We reserve the right to limit your account at anytime, regardless of reason.
If you are a owner or staff in a "account" generator, the daily amount of files you may recieve may be limited.
